The standard order processing period is 2 to 4 business days. The estimated delivery period is 7 to 15 business days after shipment.

Processing time and delivery time are separate periods. Delivery estimates begin after the product has been dispatched.

Orders may arrive in separate packages when different products are fulfilled or transported separately.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other import-related charges are the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law and unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier operations, transportation disruptions, weather, or other circumstances. These estimates do not override any legally binding delivery obligation or consumer remedy.

8. Returns and Refunds

For delivered products, our standard refund request period is 30 calendar days after delivery. For eligible purchases delivered to consumers in France, the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies for 14 calendar days after receipt, subject to statutory exceptions.

Vtx Shop does not require a physical product return for an approved refund under its refund procedure. Once the refund is approved, the customer may keep or dispose of the product in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal rights, legal conformity remedies, and hidden-defect remedies where applicable.
